Wallpaper switcher for DeepSeek Harness — a sidebar picker with local image upload, a dim slider, and a one-click next-wallpaper button.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-wallpaper

Refresh the page (or restart dsh web). Two buttons appear at the sidebar foot, next to Settings:

• 🖼 Wallpaper — opens the picker: 7 built-in gradients, your uploaded images (hover a card to delete), a dim slider (0–100%, step 5, live preview), and Restore default.
• ⇄ Switch — cycles to the next wallpaper without opening the panel.

Features

• Local images — pick one or more files (jpg/png/webp/gif); large images are downscaled to 2560px in-browser (JPEG 85%, alpha kept for png/webp, GIF untouched) so the UI never stutters.
• Dim slider — a light-mode white / dark-mode black overlay keeps text readable at any wallpaper; default 60%.
• Token-layer application — wallpapers apply through the theme service's token-override layers (--dsw-alias-bg-base, sidebar fill, raised surface); disabling or uninstalling the plugin restores everything automatically.
• Light/dark aware — every built-in gradient ships a tuned pair for both color schemes.

Notes

• Uploaded images live in the page's memory for the session; they are never written to disk or uploaded anywhere.
• This plugin only touches theme tokens via the public theme.overrideTokens API — no DOM hacks.
