Install set: dsh-wsl-kit

Tool mnt_doctor: classify slow /mnt workspaces (drive, Desktop, .git) and suggest a Linux home path.

Flags a workspace on /mnt/c (slow git, NTFS). Prefer a Linux home path when it says so.
